  • The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone - For the last 4 years I have been working in beautiful Napa Valley at the Worlds Premier Culinary College. I am a Chef Instructor and also the Conference Chef responsible for organizing the guest chefs and the food for our the various food and wine conferences each year.

  • Seattle Central Community College - From 2003 -2008, I taught 4th Quarter Fine Dining full-time for the Seattle Culinary Academy. We also offered evening classes in our 'Mise en Place' cooking series

  • PCC Cooks - In the past, I have taught seasonal cooking classes at all the local PCC's.

  • Sur la Table - A Cook's Paradise since 1972 - Kirkland's culinary program is great for hands-on and demonstration classes. I have been teaching private classes in the Kirkland facility since 1996.

  • Bon Vivant School of Cooking - Louise Hasson's convenient evening classes, all held in select private homes in the Seattle area, are geared toward quality, continuity and the joy of people sharing fine cuisine.

  • Dish it up! - "Dish it up!" offers quality kitchen accessories, fun cooking classes and above and beyond customer service. "Dish it up!" is Seattle's best resource for creating great food and having fun while doing it.

  • The Art Institute of Seattle - In the past, I have been a part-time Chef Instructor for this popular culinary program.
